Intake Date: 03/21/2024
Origination Place: Shelter pull Last Update: 04/11/2024 Age: 2 years DOB: Unknown Gender: Male Weight: 51 lbs. Energy Level: Low Color & Markings: Tricolor Good with other dogs: Would do best as an only dog Good with cats: Unknown Homes with children under 8 (but over 5) can be considered: Yes Object Aggression: None Special Needs: None Medications: Monthly heartworm and flea/tick preventative; Weekly ear medication Crate Trained: Yes House Trained: Yes Physical Fence Required: No My likes: I like to be where my people are. I am very lazy and enjoy laying around and sleeping. I have just started to pick up toys and am curious about bones. I also love to go on car rides. Watch out, though: If you get out of the car for a minute, you’ll probably find me waiting for you in the driver’s seat when you return! I get along with: I’ve been the perfect boy to every human I have met. I’m not too sure about my canine foster brother. My ideal home: My ideal home would be a house where I am welcome to sit on the furniture, relax and watch what everyone is doing. I'm a laid-back guy, so a physical fence isn't required. I’d prefer to be the only dog in the house though—what can I say, I want all the attention. My ideal adopter: My ideal adopter would be someone who is not very active. I like to just chill, follow you around and sleep. Additional info you might want to know about me: I am a very sweet baby. I was found as a stray, but I’m curious and loving learning what it’s like to be the center of attention and loved. My foster parents say they've never seen a dog that enjoys as many naps as I do! Gotta stay well rested, right? Prior to applying to adopt Gus, please review our adoption process on our website with rules and process information.
