Jax is a total love bug, but tends to be a one person dog. If you are his person, he will be your shadow, He likes other dogs, but prefers to be with people. He does have some separation anxiety, so it is best to crate him while you are gone, at least until he knows your schedule. Otherwise he will scratch at the door until you come back. If you crate him while you're home, he will bark and howl. He is currently crated at night, and knows that schedule, so he doesn't make a peep. He also knows when we leave for work, and is quiet all day. He loves belly rubs, giving kisses, and playing tug. He loves to play fetch, but he will not bring anything back! You'll need to catch him first! He does understand "drop it" which you will have to use if you want him to let it go. He is silly and a joy to be around!
