My likes: I love to follow my foster mom around and get snuggles any chance I can. I especially love my head scratched and kisses on my noggin. I’m a total sucker for a good belly rub and LOVE food, especially bacon-cheddar flavored treats. I also like to talk walks around the neighborhood and am a very good boy on the leash.
My dislikes: I like pretty much everything, but I sometimes get possessive around toys or food when other dogs are around. I've never had any problems with people around my toys or food though! Foster mommy can pet me while I chew my bone and I will wag my tail.
I get along with: I'm a happy, go-lucky boy who gets along with everyone.
My ideal home: I’ve got a lot of energy and love to zoom around, so I’d love a big fenced-in yard to run around in. I'd like a family that lets me on their furniture because I love to snuggle on the couch and watch movies. My ideal home will have lost of soft blankies, pillows, and cozy soft spots for me to relax on during the day.
My ideal adopter: My ideal adopter is someone who will give me a lot of attention, belly rubs and love. I’d really like a family who likes to go on daily walks and get some playtime in.
Additional info you might want to know about me: I am a ham who loves love. People really love me because I am the sweetest boy you’ll ever meet. I snore very loudly but my foster parents think it's so cute—I sound like a little piglet! I can be a bundle of energy and am very athletic and can jump high—so high that I can clear a standard baby gate, jump up on the couch, or jump up on the bed from the floor. I should join the Olympics! Despite my athletic abilities, I do have some subtle lameness in my right hind leg. The vet thinks this may be patella luxation and believes it’s not an issue at this time, but recommends monitoring.
