Origination Place: Owner surrender Last Update: 01/14/2021 Age: 1 year, 7 months DOB: 06/03/2019 Gender: Male Weight: 70 lbs. Energy Level: Medium Color & Markings: Brindle and white Good with other dogs: Yes Good with cats: Unknown Good with kids: Unknown Object aggression: No Special Needs: Occasional wiping of facial folds Medications: Eye drops 2x daily for life Crate Trained: Yes House Trained: Yes, when taken out regularly and settled into a routine Physical Fence Required: Preferred, Adoption donation: My likes: I love to play, play, play! I enjoy chasing balls and chewing on my rubber Kong bones. I like to go on walks and enjoy being around my humans. My dislikes: None really. I wasn't sure about stairs at first, but now I seem to have gotten the hang of them! I get along with: Everyone I meet! I love attention from all people. My ideal home: My ideal home is one where I can be by my humans throughout the day! I have a lot of energy and get so excited when I am around people that sometimes I don't always understand personal space—so I'll need a home with patient people who can handle 70 lbs. of very enthusiastic dog! However, that doesn't mean I don't enjoy a good nap; I like taking breaks in my crate and will fall fast asleep. You'll be able to tell when I conk out by my not-so-subtle snoring! My ideal adopter: Since I have a lot of puppy energy in me, I will need a human that is willing to put some time into training, so my ideal adopter will have lots of time to spend with me to help me learn my best manners! I would also love an owner that has had previous bulldog experience as, true to the bulldog breed, I can be a bit stubborn sometimes! Additional info you might want to know about me: I've been working on my training--I know how to sit and I am working on other basic commands!—but I'll need someone dedicated to helping me practice these skills. I've been doing great with trainer treats and being directed to toys around the house. I will also never turn down a good belly rub! I seem to like other dogs, though I have not been in my foster home long and I am still slowly being introduced to my French bulldog foster brother. On walks I am interested in other dogs walking by and my little tail wags. I may do best in a home with larger dogs though, as I don’t yet know how big I am and can get a little rough when playing!
