My Ideal Home:
Why hello there! Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Nina. I’m a sweet and lovable 12 year old little girl. Don’t let my age fool you. My foster mommy said I’m like a fine wine or classic car, I get better with age. My perfect day would be spent lounging around, cuddling with my family and enjoying lots of treats. Some girls shy away from treats, but I have some weight to gain, so keep them coming. I came into BBR’s care on November 8th and was in pretty bad shape. Don’t worry though; I’m getting better every day. As I already said, I’m severely underweight. Weighing in at 37lbs when I came into care, I can stand to gain at least 5lbs. I was living on the streets when found. I had a cough that was treated, along with a skin issue that I’m taking medication for. If that’s not bad enough, I had bi-lateral ear hematomas with ear infections in both ears. Oh, and for some reason my foster mommy calls me Rabbit, but I don’t understand why. She said something about my teeth. Do you think my teeth look like a rabbit? Looking on the bright side, I had surgery to fix my ears, I received a dental, so my pearly whites are nice and white, and I get lots of massages for my skin. I have lots of plans in life and hope to spend them with you. I’m new to this foster home thing, so once I get more settled, I’ll check back in and let you know how I’m doing. In the meantime, be thinking about me, because I’ll be thinking of you.
Intake info: Nina was found as a stray wandering the streets of Dayton. She was microchipped but no one stepped up to take her back.
