Intake info: Sadie comes to us from the Humane Society of Crawford County. She was dropped off by her previous "owner" with 2 yorkies; one of which was in such bad shape she had to be euthanized. Sadie is sweet old soul and was so grateful to be taken out of that shelter. She has been spayed and had some masses removed on her chest, breasts and eyes. Sadie is settling in nicely with her foster mom. She seems to want nothing more than a soft spot to lay her head and lots of belly rubs. She is a sweet old gal, but still has a bit of spunk in her! Sadie is a absolute doll. She LOVES to play with other dogs! She's great around kids. She is a very gentle spirit, she's submissive. Mostly she just wants belly rubs. She will sing for her supper, if your not fast enough with the food. This poor gal had several mammary tumors removed, and she can't wait to get her stitches out! She does the cutest wiggle dance when she's excited. Her little curly tail, curls straight up in the air, and she wiggles the tip of her tail with her wiggle dance! It's so cute!
She is very well behaved, follows commands and instruction well. She is so well behaved that when we have left her, she goes to her bed and lays down, even if she's not in her crate, she stays there until you come back. She has had zero accidents in the house. She is getting older, so stairs can be a challenge, but she's a trooper and just takes it slow. She's happy to sleep in your bed or in her own bed. She does require eye drops a few times a day for dry eye, but she lets you drop them in no problem. Other than that, she's in great health! Sadie has been a joy to have in our home, she will make a great addition to any bully lovers home.
