Hi, I am Sadie, and I am the life of the party, little Miss Popular, I loveee people - even big groups! I also love my foster siblings, but when meeting new humans or dogs, my inner guard dog comes out at first and she has a BIG voice! It's not too bad, but it's good to supervise me and let me know everything is okay when I meet a new dog or new people. If you ignore me until I calm down, I can totally hang! I even play cheerleader to a varsity baseball team with no problems! I have two foster fur siblings and we get along really well. My 12-year-old sister puts up with my antics, and my 7-year-old sister plays with me! I don't even try to steal their food or their toys. I am an active little girl, so a family that can keep me moving would be best! I like to run, to play, and I like to keep my humans on their toes! A fenced yard would be best for me because I like to chase the birds, the bunnies, and if you are not watching me closely I will run towards large animals, roads and maybe even chase a toad into the pond. And I am SPEEDY! I really love to be outside and I like to travel too. I am going to need some help in the potty training department because my first family taught me to use potty pads. A family that is patient and willing to understand that there will be accidents initially, would be best for me. I am crate trained but I don't really spend any time in my crate. I get to sleep with my foster family in their bed and I really love this, and when they are not home, I am kept to just one room or two. Also, I came to BBR after being lovingly surrendered due to my allergies. I do have a couple lingering bald spots on my back from infection or allergies but I am doing much better now that I'm eating a special food. I don't get any snacks with carbs in them - mostly protein treats for me! One other thing I love to do is cuddle! After a fun day filled with activity, I am totally game to hang out on the couch at night. Okay, maybe I am just some quiet activity at night... I like to practice my yoga poses if it means I'll get scratched! Prior to applying to adopt Sadie please review our adoption process on our website with rules and process information.
