My Ideal Home:Hi, I'm Tully! I am a little over a year now, but I am still alllllll puppy... I play hard, I cuddle hard, I don't always listen ha ha!! I am doing great with learning basic commands and doing especially well with potty training (no accidents in a couple weeks now that I know the routine!!!) but when I'm supposed to be walking nicely on leash, I like to eagerly say hello to every jogger, biker and walking dog along the way! I do sit nicely though, and I really like to show this off proudly (stubbornly!) on my walks, and I will even show you how well I lay, by finding a spot in the grass...and staying there. Maybe I need to work on some things still!
Speaking of my walk, I’ve got a funny elbow that gives me a bouncy walk. My ears and cheeks flop up and down with every step. This doesn’t slow me down one bit; I am curious, friendly and I LOVE to play with other dogs!! But I am not really great at communicating with them and tend to miss some social cues. Because of this and my puppy like energy, I will need an experienced, patient adopter who is eager to work with me, and if there is another dog in the house, it would be best if the dog is very well socialized, tolerant but not submissive. I would be happy as an only dog too, because I definitely love human attention. Either way, I will want plenty of cuddles!!! Nothing makes me happier than a good belly rub and laying my head or paw on your lap. It's my favorite way to show affection!
So I may need some training and stability, but I just know you are going to fall in love with me and I know I be your very best friend, with a ton of love to give in return!
