I am the happiest on the couch with my human! My foster mom says I could sleep all day. I love my crate as it’s one of my safe spaces. I also love meal time and treats! I have recently began to take a big interest in playing with my foster siblings. I also love to scratch my back on the carpet and furniture! My dislikes: I don’t like loud or sudden movements. I also can be stingy with my food and treats, so I need to be given any food or treats when I am by myself. I have been doing great with going up and down the stairs, but sometimes I am still a little wobbly going down them. Other than that, I don’t have many dislikes! I get along with: I love both my foster mom and dad. In fact, I give them baths every morning like I use to my puppies! I give lots of kisses and haven’t met a human yet that I don’t love. I have two foster sibling dogs that I am doing great with. I love to cuddle them and am up for an occasional play session with them too! My ideal home: I will do great in just about any home! I would like a home where I will get a lot of snuggles and attention. A home with a dog to continue to help me become more social would be great too. I would love to have a home where the human(s) can spend a lot of time with me, but I do fantastic in my crate so I will be okay when they have to leave. My ideal adopter: Someone who has the time to continue to build up my confidence. I am still a little uncertain of a lot of things, but I have made so much progress in such a little amount of time! I also need someone who is patient with me and will work with me on continuing to learn how to be a dog, since the last 7 years I was in a mill. But like I said, I’ve already made so much progress! Additional info you might want to know about me: I have never barked or had an accident in my foster moms house or crate! I do tremble a lot when first approached but I am extremely fast to warm up and just want to be loved. My foster mom used the slow intro method with me and my foster siblings which is what has helped me be so successful with them. In fact, they’re teaching me how to play with toys and each other!
