My likes: I like everything! Walking outside, cuddling, going for shopping trips, meeting new people, food, ice cubes, naps and belly rubs are some of my favorite. Strangely, I don’t really seem to care about dog toys at all.
My dislikes: I don’t like garbage trucks. So if you have a garbage truck in your living room, I would be very unhappy. I get along with: Everyone I’ve met so far! I like other dogs and kids. I met a cat and was very curious about it—do you think it would like to play with me? My ideal home: My ideal home has a tightly fenced yard for me to zoom around in. I like to try to explore and squeeze through gaps in fences, so a solid fence with no holes would be ideal. I would absolutely love a home with another dog to play with. I currently can go up stairs but not down, so if a home has lots of steps, it would be best if I was gated out of them. My ideal adopter: My ideal adopter is someone that likes cuddles, playing and slow walks. I love going for car rides, so feel free to take me with you wherever you go! My adopter should be patient as I perfect potty training—I’m still a young puppy, after all. Additional info you might want to know about me: My foster mom says I am an absolutely sweetheart and the perfect dog! I like being rocked to sleep like a baby when I am tired and love cuddling with my people. I have a ventricular septal defect, where blood flows from left to right in my heard but it’s not too bad. Luckily, the vet thinks that chances are it won’t cause any long-term issues, and I don’t need any sort of treatment at this time. Woohoo! I would love to have a canine buddy to play with. I have puppy energy, but am overall pretty calm. I have been training with talking buttons to let you know when I have to go outside, and am making progress with potty training (again, still a baby, so we’re working on it, but I’m learning fast!). I am a great puppy who is going to grow into an even greater dog! Prior to applying to adopt, please review our adoption process on our website with all rules, expectations and important information.
