Origination Place: Owner surrender Last Update: 08/02/2022 Age: 6 years DOB: 07/07/2016 Gender: Male Weight: 63 lbs. Energy Level: Medium Color & Markings: White with brown Good with other dogs: Yes Good with cats: Yes Homes with children under 8 can be considered: No Object Aggression: None Special Needs: Mild entropian Medications: Malecetic wipes for wrinkles; Monthly heartworm and flea/tick preventative Crate Trained: Yes House Trained: Yes Physical Fence Required: Yes My likes: I LOVE A GAME OF TUG. Your arm will be tired! I came with a favorite rope toy, and I also like plush squeaky toys. I’m not a big chewer though. My dislikes: I'm not a fan of having my wrinkles cleaned; I’m not aggressive about it, just hard to wrangle. My ideal home: Because I am such a big guy, a home without small children would be best for me, as I could accidentally knock over a little person while I'm playing. I would also prefer to be the only dog, as I don’t really like sharing my toys. Long sets of stairs are daunting, but one level or short flights are okay. I would love an adopter who can set good boundaries for me and be firm with me when I need it. Additional info you might want to know about me: I am a very toy-motivated guy! My foster family says I am extremely playful. Despite that, I go right to sleep when crated and I love to sleep in in the morning! I don’t chew much, even toy bones, and ignore things on the floor that I shouldn't be messing with. I don’t beg, but I will sit and watch you adoringly while you eat. I’m not aggressive but I like to sound like a tough guy when I play. I'm such a laid-back guy that I even let my foster mom open my jaws and take some “minced” stuffed duck toy out of my mouth! I’ve met other dogs and they are fine, but I much prefer humans. I’m skeptical of treats except MilkBones. And my foster mom discovered I like ice cubes, too!
