Origination Place: Breeder surrender Last Update: 08/14/2024 Age: 2 years DOB: Unknown Gender: Female Weight: 19 lbs. Energy Level: Low/Moderate Color & Markings: Grey with white chest Good with other dogs: Yes Good with cats: Unknown Homes with children under 8 (but over 5) can be considered: Yes Object Aggression: Resource guards toys around other dogs Special Needs: None Medications: Monthly heartworm and flea/tick preventative Crate Trained: Yes House Trained: Working on it! Physical Fence Required: Preferred My likes: I love playing with my foster siblings and chewing on toys. I also like to snuggle up against my people while they watch TV and sleep. Food, snacks and cookies are some of my other favorite things. I prefer soft food but my foster mom has been mixing in some kibble, and I’m tolerating it well. My dislikes: I do not like baths or getting my tail pocket cleaned. I also don't like when my canine siblings try to take my toys and will let out a little grumble (but I am getting more patient with them). I get along with: Everyone! My ideal home: My ideal home is one without a lot of stairs or with someone willing to carry me down the steps. Since it is suspected that I may have IVDD, you will need to make sure I have ramps or help getting on and off furniture. A home with other dogs for me to play with would be awesome! I like to be the queen bee so preferably a home with a dog who will let me be boss. My ideal adopter: I spent the first part of my life in a mill so my adopter will need to continue to help me learn this wonderful new world and everything it has to offer. Do you work from home? Even better; I’m the perfect coworker and will hang out with you all day. Additional info you might want to know about me: Looking for a sidekick? I’ll follow you around and stay glued to your side. My foster parents say I am absolutely perfect, so sweet and super smart! I’ve pretty much conquered the art of going to the bathroom outside and learned to give paw after two attempts. When I was rescued I was very skinny and my coat was thin, but with a little TLC, I’m looking even more beautiful than I already was. I am just the happiest little girl who is ready to brighten my new family’s world!
