Energy Level: Moderate Color & Markings: Red and white Good with other dogs: Yes Good with cats: Unknown Homes with children under 8 can be considered: Yes Object Aggression: None Special Needs: None Medications: Monthly heartworm and flea/tick preventative Crate Trained: Yes House Trained: Yes Physical Fence Required: No My likes: So far I like everything and everybody. My response to everything is, "OH BOY, MY FAVORITE!" I am just a happy girl. Not only does my tail nub wiggle when I am excited, but my whole backside and legs wiggle too! I love laying next to both my humans and other doggies and even lay my head on top of them! Couches are the greatest and I have learned to jump up on them. I love to tumble and play with other willing dogs and can tell when dogs don't want to play and I leave those dogs alone. My dislikes: So far, nothing. My foster mom has been looking for things that I might not like, but everything is still my favorite! I get along with: My canine foster siblings and humans. My ideal home: One with lots of toys and a soft bed to lay my head. I love humans that pet me. That's the best! My ideal adopter: My ideal adopter would be one that spends time petting and playing with me. If you quit petting me, I will remind you with a gentle poke that I am still here and still want your pets. I do know how to be quiet and entertain myself when my foster mom and dad are working. Additional info you might want to know about me: I am a sweet easygoing girl who is quick to learn. I learned to be house trained by watching my fur siblings. I learn quickly from my whole family—once I saw that my fur siblings jumped on the furniture, I did too! Quite impressive for a dog with my short legs! I have a flair for decorating and will rearrange the bed and toys daily. I've also learned that these things called Christmas trees have the softest quilt like things under them that make for a wonderful bed. I like to go for walks with my other canine siblings. I get the zoomies and currently prefer to run inside. Playing with dogs and getting regular walks have helped me lose weight and you can even see my waistline. I am a real gem. My future family will be very lucky to have me. Prior to applying to adopt Rosie, please review our adoption process on our website with rules and process information.
