Last Update: 9/26/2023 Age: 2 years DOB: 06/15/2021 Gender: Male Weight: 27 lbs. Energy Level: Medium/high Color & Markings: Brindle Good with other dogs: Yes Good with cats: Unknown Homes with children under 8 can be considered: No Object aggression: None Special Needs: None Medications: Monthly heartworm and tick/flea preventative Crate Trained: Working on it! House Trained: Working on it! Physical Fence Required: Preferred My likes: I love to play with my sister, Willow, and chew on toys and bones. I also like to sit next to my foster mom and cuddle with her. Your attention and sleeping with my people. Jumping to see whats on the stove, counter, or the plate in your hand are also favorite pastimes of mine. Foster mom says I’m very agile and can jump crazy high!! I’m learning down and leave it, but sometimes that’s a lot to ask of me. I did learn to sit for a treat though! My dislikes: I"m not sure about this snow & rain business—I like to eat snow sometimes I won't go off the porch to go to the bathroom in the rain and snow. So far, I'm also not a fan of shovels, mops or vacuums—whenever one of those comes out, I have to show it who is boss! I get along with: The other dogs in my foster home. My ideal home: My ideal home will keep me busy. When left to my own devices I’m happy to find my own toys (your shoes, socks, wooden items and cords). My foster mom thinks I’m going to be a juvenile longer than the average bulldog. I will definitely need a kennel/cage if you work or leave me alone. My ideal adopter: I'm still a young guy, so I need someone who will want to play with me, but will also want to cuddle with me. They will need to spend time teaching me using positive rewards. Additional info you might want to know about me: I have an underbite and stripes like a tiger which make me just adorable! I have no patience when it comes to eating time and treats, and will make sure I get as much as I can. I’m not above knocking the food dishes out of your hand so I get everyone’s food. Foster mom is trying to help me learn to wait my turn for a treat and they feed me in my kennel so I can learn better manners. Positive reinforcement works well with me. Having mental and physical stimuli, is a must! It keeps me busy and me out of mischief, not to brag however I’m already at the expert level of mischievous make.
