My likes: I like everything and everybody. I particularly like food, treats, bones, toys and dog beds. I love all the toys in the toy basket and will get a number of they out to play. I will play independently and love to play with people as well.I like a long walk and all the new smells that helps me get out my excess energy. I have learned to play fetch and like to play rough with my humans.
My dislikes: I like pretty much everything! Initially, I didn't like rain or cold weather, but I got over it after seeing the other dogs go out.
I get along with: All people and all dogs
My ideal home: My ideal home would have a canine sibling and humans that would enjoy playing with me. I love everyone, but due to my high energy, a home without small children would probably be best as I could knock them over during my antics. Oops! A fenced yard would be great for me so that I could run around.
My ideal adopter: My ideal adopter is someone willing to give me the daily exercise I need to be a good boy. Someone who wants to walk a few miles per day would be ideal—I need a good long walk to burn off some of my energy!
Additional info you might want to know about me: I would love to sleep with my human in a bed. Due to my high energy I should be walked one mile to two miles a day. I don’t like being away from the pack and want to be with you whenever you are home!
I enjoy playing with toys, but have not yet learned how to play the game of fetch. I am independent enough to play with my toys or chew on a bond as long as I know you are around. I can be crated for short periods of time. When left out in a room with a crate, I tend to climb on it to get to other things—oops!
