• Do not use this form if you wish to adopt. If you are interested in a dog listed in our rescue, you MUST pre-fill out an adoption form here
• If you do not receive a confirmation email once you have applied, please email us and inquire about the status. 
• We are an English & French Bulldog Rescue only. Sadly, our resources do not enable us to rescue other Bulldog breeds.  These are the breeds we know and love.
• If you have specific questions about adopting or our adoption process, please visit our "Apply to Adopt" page and read over our guidelines
